My name is Jessica Jade. I was born and raised in the Bronx, but my father is from Dominican Republic and my mother is from Puerto Rico. I'm a very happy, loud, outspoken, stubborn, curious, intelligent and persistent individual; which tends to help me achieve the majority of my goals and aspirations. I have definitely made some mistakes in life, and although I've regretted many of them, I've learned from them and moved on. I'm pretty much in the process of decoding who I really am, and my purpose in life. In the meanwhile the most I can do is enjoy my life, take advantage of every opportunity I am presented with, and learn from the events that occur to me and the people I surround myself with. fucking no. that’s just being a normal human instead of a fucking misogynistic rapist, okay. i don’t even know how to explain what i think about this.

We have been conditioned by the normalization of sexual assault, such that we feel gratitude when we are not raped.

First of all, his actions are not those of a chivalrous man. In fact they are the opposite because at it’s core chivalry was a man doing nice things to get a woman to sleep with him. So if he was being chivalrous he might have raped you because he was kind of to take care of you in your drunken stage. Nevertheless, I do have to say that it is refreshing that some young men out there aren’t complete pigs and realize that it is a woman’s choice whether or not she wants to have sex.
